 Gosoled Lighting Co., Limited Warranty Policy

 
1. Service Principal
 
1)      Gosoled provides easy, reliable, speedy service to all LED lights under our warranty.
2)      The warranty lasts for 24months from the date of shipment.
3)      The product warranty does not cover the quality problems of product which are caused by natural disasters or human error such as the damage caused by high voltage. Customers need to pay maintenance costs for the damages caused by natural disasters or human error. We provide maintenance of products which are within the warranty period.
 
 
2. Service Promise
 
What we offer: We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase; we will also repair a light free of charge within 24 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use; and finally our limited lifetime warranty( if repair is required after 24 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is according to the cost of the replaced materials).
 
 
3. Warranty Details
 
1)      If products fail to meet customers’ requirements within 30 days, we provide unconditional replacement.
2)      During the period warranty of the 2 years, free replacement of parts and free maintenance are supported. We offer free repair within 24 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use.
3)      Beyond the period of warranty , the cost of parts replacement is paid by customers. If problems develop after 24 months of the purchase date, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is paid according to the total cost of the replaced materials.
4)      In case of serious loss of products, the Gosoled only charge materials costs andcapital costs.
5)      If the quality problems are caused by damage during the first year of warranty period, the freight is borne by us.We Will pay surface freight to return products or parts covered by this Limited Warranty. However, if we determines in the exercise of its reasonable but sole discretion that the product or part returned for warranty service is not defective, or does not otherwise qualify for warranty service, end user shall be liable for all costs of handling and transportation.
6)      The unclear quality problems are solved under negotiation of both sides.
7)      Manufacturer will not be responsible for damage due to misuse and negligence of users, force majeure and accident. This warranty is void if the product warranted has been damaged by accident or unreasonable use, neglect, improper service or other cause not arising out of defects in material or workmanship.
8)      Purchaser shall inform manufacturer’s limited warranty to the end users. If the manufacturer determines that refund is the appropriate way to solve the quality problem, purchaser should offer or arrange full refund to the end users.
 

4. Third party warranties

 

With respect to products sold to the purchaser by manufacturer but not manufactured by manufacturer, manufacturer makes no Warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, but will make available to the purchaser, to the extent permitted by law and relevant contracts, the warranties of the manufacturer of the relevant product upon the purchaser's timely written request.

 

5. Non-implied warranties

 

The warranties given in these terms are the only warranties given by the manufacturer with respect to the Products and are given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, of non infringement and of fitness for a particular purpose. Purchaser's exclusive remedies, and manufacturer's sole liability, for any nonconformity or defect in any product shall be those expressed herein.

 

6. Limitation of liability

 

An essential purpose of the limited exclusive liabilities and remedies in this agreement is allocation of risks between manufacturer and purchaser, which allocation of risks is reflected in the purchase price for the products. Under no circumstances shall manufacturer's Liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement or manufacturer's performance or asserted failure to perform hereunder, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, exceed the purchase price of the product to which such liability relates. In no event shall manufacturer be liable for special, Incidental or consequential damages, including, without limitation, damages resulting from loss of use, profits, business or goodwill, whether or not manufacturer has been advised of the possibility thereof.


7. Extent of Warranty

 

The warranty does not cover the repair or exchange of a product resulting from misuse, accident, modification, unsuitable physical or operating environment, improper maintenance by you, or failure caused by a product for which our company is not responsible.
